Sad for the music world - he was a young guy!

What was your favorite work of Michael Kamen's?

My vote goes for his orchestrations on Pink Floyd's "The Wall" - absolutely classic.

I would have to say my favorite Kamen scores are "Brazil," "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen," "Highlander" and "What Dreams May Come."

While he often composed lazy scores for the Joel Silver productions, when he had the chance to work with a larger palette and be more melodic, he excelled.

The Torturer's Apprentice from "The Adventures of Baron Munchhausen." What will become of the Baron?

And while it was a sucky movie, his Robin Hood score was brilliant and inspired. Far better than the film its-self!
