Thu, July 3, 2008 - 4:14 PMI'd like to join your tribe. I (we) have been making film scores for years. We're based in San Francisco. We are called "Pray For Rain" because that was our stupid rock band name at the time we got our first scoring job, which was for Alex Cox's "Sid & Nancy." Please check out "prayforrain.com" for a list of scores. Dan spends most of his time these days writing for Japanese commercials. I'm more on the electronic/dance/trippy music tip. That is what the majority of what I write consists of. Gary is the schooled musician jazz/rock bass guitar God who can play virtually everything on his 4, 5, 6 or 8 string basses. I'm interested in checking you guys out.
